Success-Permission granted for Canterbury Air Pollution Case

Success at Court on May 2nd 2017. Permission granted of a judicial review of the SoS decision not to call-in the Canterbury Urban South Extension application on air pollution grounds. Robert McCracken QC on the right and hero of the hour,  debriefs one of the claimants, Emily Shirley after the hearing. Full judicial review hearing expected in later half of July.
