    The U.S. Court of Appeals has cancelled Our Children’s Trust oral argument on May 2. The case will still be heard by the judges, but not in public, and not with any youth, lawyers or parties present. This is surprising and unfortunate that the most urgent legal issue of our time will not receive the public argument it was once scheduled to receive.   • KECN helps to set up Safety in Fossil Fuel Exploitation Alliance (SaFE)
